LAUNCHING A NEW LEVEL OF LUXURY ORGANIC BRIEFS
We've taken our organic cotton briefs to a luxury level of comfort with our new Indian certified organic manufacturer. You won't want to wear anything else ever again.
As well as the obvious health benefits of wearing organic cotton briefs compared to synthetic ones, you will also literally feel the difference. The softness of the fabric against your skin is immediately noticeable and the breathability of the fabric keeps you comfortable all day long.
Our new blush colour full brief is made from 96% organic cotton and 4% elastane. Plus, you won't be agitated by synthetic thread, with our Polycore Thread, meaning the cotton covers the outside of the thread against your skin.
We've also self-printed the label information onto the brief so you won't have to worry about a scratchy label.
Not to mention, we have replaced our recycled plastic garment bag with a reusable self fabric purse, with 2 briefs included per purse, made from the off-cuts of the the fabric not used during the production process.
Our briefs are made with certified organic cotton in India.

For body measurements, please use the following guide to help you measure body and garments to decide which is the best size for you to buy.
Bust:
Measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms down. Make sure the tape is flat across your back.
Waist:
Measure around the narrowest point of your waistline.
Hip:
Measure around the widest part of your hip, across the sides of your pelvis. Place your forefinger between your body and the tape measure for a more accurate fit.

Exchanges, Returns & Faults
Exchanges
If you have purchased an item that isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer you an exchange, or online store credit note for Organic Crew.
Exchanges will be accepted provided:
- It is within 14 days of the purchase date
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- Item is in original packaging with all swing tags attached
- The receipt is provided as proof of purchase
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on Underwear

Refunds
If you are unable to find a suitable item for an exchange, we will provide you with a refund on full-priced items.
Refunds will be accepted on full price items provided:
- It is within 14 days of the purchase date
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- Item is in original packaging with all swing tags attached
- The receipt is provided as proof of purchase
- The item was not on sale or a discount applied
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on Underwear
- Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method - please allow 7 working days for us to process
- Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping
- Returns are to be sent to C/O Organic Crew - 82-86 Berkshire Road, Sunshine North Vic 3020 via trackable post.
Please note, unfortunately we do not refund sale items unless deemed faulty.
Faulty Items
Must be returned to C/O Organic Crew - 82-86 Berkshire Road, Sunshine North Vic 3020 via trackable post and upon receipt and acceptance, a refund will be determined including postage.
This must be within 6 months of purchase.
