Exchanges, Returns & Faults

Exchanges
If you have purchased an item that isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer you an exchange, or online store credit note for Organic Crew.

Exchanges will be accepted provided:

  • It is within 14 days of the purchase date
  • The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • Item is in original packaging with all swing tags attached
  • The receipt is provided as proof of purchase
  • Sale items are not exchangeable
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on Masks or Underwear

Refunds
If you are unable to find a suitable item for an exchange, we will provide you with a refund on full-priced items.

Refunds will be accepted on full price items provided:

  • It is within 14 days of the purchase date
  • The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • Item is in original packaging with all swing tags attached
  • The receipt is provided as proof of purchase
  • The item was not on sale or a discount applied
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on Masks or Underwear
  • Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method - please allow 7 working days for us to process
  • Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping
  • Returns are to be sent to Organic Crew - PO Box 1013 Mornington, Vic 3931 via trackable post.

Please note, unfortunately we do not refund sale items unless deemed faulty.

Faulty Items
Must be returned to Organic Crew - PO Box 1013 Mornington, Vic 3931 via trackable post and upon receipt and acceptance, a refund will be determined including postage.  

This must be within 6 months of purchase.

Please allow 7 working days for review and correspondence.
