Do you have Afterpay?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $250 within Australia
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Further Duties & Taxes may apply at your parcel pick up, depending on the country you live in. Please check with your local postal provider before placing an order, or reach out to hello@organiccrew.com.au for further assistance.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
It depends on your location. Orders shipping within Australia will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How do I exchange an item?
If you would like to change a size or colour or to a different item altogether, please pop it in a post pack that is trackable (in case it gets lost) and send it back to us at: C/O Organic Crew 82-86 Berkshire Road Sunshine North VIC 3020 with instructions as to what you would like and your order number.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we have a discount available for new customers on their first purchase. Simply sign up to our newsletter and you'll receive a code to enter at checkout. By signing up to our newsletter, you'll also be the first to hear about other promotions, exclusive offers and events.
What happens if my order goes missing or is not delivered?
Every order includes a tracking number which allows you to track the progress of your parcel during transit. If the status of your item is not clear, please contact us via hello@organiccrew.com.au and we will work to resolve this as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund?
As a small business using certified sustainable materials and working with low minimum order quantities (which increases our costs), we’re currently unable to offer refunds because large orders returned for a full refund jeopardises our cash flow and ability to grow Organic Crew into a leading sustainable brand - we thank you for your understanding.
How long will it take to process a return?
Please allow 5 business days after we have received your return.
Can I return an item I purchased on sale?
You can exchange for the wrong size. We do not offer refunds or different product exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne.
