Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia
How do I exchange an item?
If you would like to change a size or colour or to a different item altogether, please pop it in a post pack that is trackable (in case it gets lost) and send it back to us at: PO Box 1013, Mornington, VIC 3931 with instructions as to what you would like and your address to post back.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we have a discount available for new customers on their first purchase. Simply sign up to our newsletter and you'll receive a code to enter at checkout. By signing up to our newsletter, you'll also be the first to hear about other promotions and events.
What happens if my order goes missing or is not delivered?
We issue a tracing number on all orders which allows you to track the progress of your pacel during transit. If the status of your item is not clear, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to resolve this as soon as possible.
How long will it take to process a return?
Please allow 5 business days after we have received your return. Please note that processing time for orders placed through Afterpay is not within our control.
Can I return an item I purchased on sale?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our Mornington location.
