We've taken our organic cotton briefs to a luxury level of comfort with our new organic cotton manufacturer. You won't want to wear anything else ever again.
As well as the obvious health benefits of wearing organic cotton briefs compared to synthetic ones, you will also literally feel the difference. The softness of the fabric against your skin is immediately noticeable and the breathability of the fabric keeps you comfortable all day long.
Our new black full brief is made from 96% organic cotton and 4% elastane. Plus, you won't be agitated by synthetic thread, with our Polycore Thread, meaning the cotton covers the outside of the thread against your skin.
We've also extended our sizing to include XXL for the first time.
The back labels have been removed for improved comfort and the size and care information is now self-printed directly onto the brief so you won't have to worry about a scratchy label.
Not to mention, we have replaced our recycled plastic garment bag with a reusable self fabric purse, with 2 briefs included per purse, made from the off-cuts of the the fabric not used during the production process.
Our briefs are made with certified organic cotton in India.

Exchanges, Returns & Faults
Exchanges
If you have purchased an item that isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer you an exchange, or online store credit note for Organic Crew.
Exchanges will be accepted provided:
- It is within 14 days of the purchase date
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- Item is in original packaging with all swing tags attached
- The receipt is provided as proof of purchase
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on Underwear

Refunds
If you are unable to find a suitable item for an exchange, we will provide you with a refund on full-priced items.
Refunds will be accepted on full price items provided:
- It is within 14 days of the purchase date
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- Item is in original packaging with all swing tags attached
- The receipt is provided as proof of purchase
- The item was not on sale or a discount applied
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on Underwear
- Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method - please allow 7 working days for us to process
- Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping
- Returns are to be sent to C/O Organic Crew - 82-86 Berkshire Road, Sunshine North Vic 3020 via trackable post.
Sale & Clearance Policy
Please note, unfortunately we do not refund sale and clearance items unless deemed faulty. However, we will exchange for the correct size if available.
Faulty Items
If you believe you've received faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us at hello@organiccrew.com.au with the details and include multiple photos in your email. Once we review the photos, we will provide you with a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, provided there's a genuine manufacturing issue or a dispatch error.
The return address is to C/O Organic Crew - 82-86 Berkshire Road, Sunshine North Vic 3020 using our prepaid return label we email to you and upon receipt and acceptance, a refund or exchange will be determined.
This must be within 3 months of purchase. Post 3 months it is very difficult to know how the item has been worn, washed and dried and therefore if the item was in perfect condition for the first 3 months we cannot take responsibility for the item post this time under most circumstances. Please treat your organic cotton items with the utmost care so they can last you years.
