Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your Organic Crew purchase and you have contacted us within 30 days of receiving your order (plus you haven’t worn or damaged the garments, and the swing tags are still attached) we will provide you with a credit voucher to use towards your next order (excluding briefs which cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene purposes).

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, and is approved via our quality check process, we will provide you with a digital credit voucher via email within 2-3 business days.
Returns should be sent via trackable post.
BRIEFS (UNDERPANTS) RETURN POLICY EXEMPTION
Our returns policy is not applicable to briefs:
Due to health reasons, our briefs cannot be returned or exchanged unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturer fault.
SIZE EXCHANGES
If you have purchased an item that is the wrong size and you would like to exchange it for a different size, please contact us at hello@organiccrew.com.au and send the garments back to our warehouse (address provided above) and we will happily exchange it for the correct size, or if we do not have your desired size we will provide you with a digital credit voucher to purchase something else.
Exchanges in size will be accepted provided:
- You contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- You send the garment back to the Organic Crew Warehouse within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed.
- The items are in original packaging with all swing tags attached.
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for briefs.
If you wish to exchange any item (excluding briefs) for a different size, please contact us at hello@organiccrew.com.au, prior to returning your garments to us.
If you have not contacted us regarding an exchange in size prior to us receiving your garments back, we will automatically issue you with a credit voucher to use during your next purchase.
AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND?
- You may return your garments in exchange for a credit voucher, within 30 days of receiving your purchase.*
- You may exchange your garments (excluding briefs) for a different size, by contacting Organic Crew via email (hello@organiccrew.com.au) within 14 days of receiving your purchase.*
- For exchanges in sizes the returning physical garment must be received back at or warehouse within 30 days or receiving your purchase.*
- Please make your selection thoughtfully, as we are unable to provide refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind.*
- Please do not return your briefs as we cannot exchange or refund briefs for health reasons.*
We are unable to provide refunds for purchases made with incorrect sizing. However, we can issue an exchange for the right size or issue a credit voucher that can be used to purchase the correct size or an alternative product.*
*Under Australian Consumer Law, you are not entitled to return a product in the following circumstances:
- if you change your mind
- if you ordered the incorrect item
- if you discover the product is available at a lower price elsewhere
- if you find a more appropriate product elsewhere
- if you were aware of the relevant issue before purchasing
- if the product was damaged due to prolonged use and the issue is a result of normal wear and tear.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received an item that you believe has a genuine manufacturers fault, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please email hello@organiccrew.com.au and provide a description and photos of the fault and we will promptly reply.
Damaged product through misuse, overuse or the usual wear and tear does not constitute a faulty item. Organic Crew items will last a long time if they are treated with care and washed correctly. Please remember that Organic Crew garments are made with natural fibres and need to be treated as such. They do not compare to a cheap pair of synthetic pants, for example, and must be treated completely differently. Treat your garments in the same way you would care for an expensive designer item or other natural fibre garments. Wash in cold water with mild detergent and do not tumble dry. Use a medium iron.
The more you care for and respect your Organic Crew garments, the longer they will last.
