If you’re not fully satisfied with your Organic Crew purchase, we may be able to offer a digital credit voucher for a future order.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all swing tags attached.
  • Approved returns will be issued as a digital credit voucher for your next order.
  • Please note that briefs cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. If approved, we’ll email your digital credit voucher within 2–3 business days.

RETURN POSTAGE:

Please send all returns via trackable post so you can monitor delivery to our warehouse.

BRIEF RETURNS POLICY

For hygiene reasons, our standard returns policy does not apply to briefs. Briefs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a genuine manufacturing fault.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you’ve ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it, please email hello@organiccrew.com.au and return the garment to our warehouse using the address above. If your preferred size is available, we’ll exchange it. If not, we’ll issue a digital credit voucher for you to use on a future purchase.

Size exchanges are available if:

  • You email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You return the garment to the Organic Crew warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all swing tags attached.
  • Please note: For hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us at hello@organiccrew.com.au before returning any item for a size exchange (excluding briefs).

If we receive your return before you’ve contacted us about a size exchange, we’ll automatically issue a digital credit voucher for your next purchase.

  • You may return your garments in exchange for a credit voucher, within 30 days of receiving your purchase.*
  • You may exchange your garments (excluding briefs) for a different size, by contacting Organic Crew via email (hello@organiccrew.com.au) within 14 days of receiving your purchase.*
  • For exchanges in sizes the returning physical garment must be received back at or warehouse within 30 days or receiving your purchase.*
  • Please make your selection thoughtfully, as we are unable to provide refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind.*
  • Please do not return your briefs as we cannot exchange or refund briefs for health reasons.*

We are unable to provide refunds for purchases made with incorrect sizing. However, we can issue an exchange for the right size or issue a credit voucher that can be used to purchase the correct size or an alternative product.*

*Under Australian Consumer Law, you are not entitled to return a product in the following circumstances:

  • if you change your mind
  • if you ordered the incorrect item
  • if you discover the product is available at a lower price elsewhere
  • if you find a more appropriate product elsewhere
  • if you were aware of the relevant issue before purchasing
  • if the product was damaged due to prolonged use and the issue is a result of normal wear and tear.

WHY CAN’T I GET A REFUND?

As a small business using certified sustainable materials, we’re not currently able to offer refunds. This policy helps us protect our cash flow and remain financially sustainable as we grow.

  • Large returns can place significant pressure on our cash flow.
  • Smaller production runs mean higher costs and tighter margins.
  • This approach helps us continue building Organic Crew for customers seeking sustainable options.

Because we are a smaller business, our costs are higher across the board. We pay a premium for low minimum order quantities, invest in high-quality organic cotton from India, and maintain strong manufacturing and finishing standards.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow Organic Crew in a sustainable way.

why are there sizing gaps?

Cash flow and higher costs with smaller quantities can also affect stock availability, which is why some sizes may occasionally be unavailable while we replenish and prepare new seasonal ranges.

Faulty items

If you believe your item has a genuine
manufacturing fault, we’ll be happy to help. Please email hello@organiccrew.com.au with a description of the issue and clear photos of the fault, and we’ll respond as promptly as possible.

What is not considered faulty, and how to care for your garments.

  • Damage caused by misuse, overuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
  • Organic Crew garments are made from natural fibres and should be treated with extra care.
  • Care for them as you would other premium natural fibre garments.
  • Wash in cold water with a mild detergent, and inside a garment bag can help also. Do not tumble dry, and use a medium iron.

With the right care, your Organic Crew garments will stay looking and feeling great for longer.
